📩 Procedure :

  1. Contact us at customerservice@sandystorebynet.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will send you the return address validated by BrandsGateway

  3. Return the item via the indicated carrier

📌 Return costs are your responsibility except in the case of an error or product defect.
