If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to return it to us, in accordance with our policy in partnership with BrandsGateway .

✅ Return conditions

  • ⏳ Deadline : Return possible within 14 days of receipt.

  • 📦 Product Condition : New, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

  • 📃 Proof of purchase required : invoice or order number.

✉️ How to return an item?

  1. Contact us at serviceclients@sandystorebynet.com specifying:

    • your order number

    • the reason for return

  2. Receive your return label by email (sent by BrandsGateway), along with shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided with the label.
    ⚠️ Any package returned without prior validation will be automatically refused.

❌ Non-returnable items

For hygiene or personalization reasons, returns are not accepted on:

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Unsealed perfumes

  • Items on sale or on promotion

  • Gift cards

  • Products classified as dangerous (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

Our customer service will process your request within 24 to 48 business hours to offer a quick solution (refund, replacement, etc.).

We do not offer direct exchange .

If you are located in the European Union, you benefit from your legal withdrawal period of 14 days , without justification required. The product must meet the same return conditions.
